Case Study: Fully Remodeled Master and Hall Bath Makes Owners Rethink Putting Ashburn Home on the Market
Project Overview:
Loudoun County Kitchen Bath Basement & More recently completed a large master bathroom and hall bath remodel in Ashburn, Virginia, that took five weeks from start to finish.
The owners of this property are moving, and their realtor advised them to update both dated bathrooms to increase the value of their home before putting it on the market.
Originally, the sinks for both the vanities in the master bath were not centered, so we needed to replumb and correct the position of the sinks to be in the middle of each vanity. The homeowners also wanted to keep the vanities separate instead of including double sinks in one vanity, which allowed them to have more counter space.
Overview of Materials & Finishes:
The white veined tile they chose is beautiful and affordable, and their choice of matte black fixtures contrasts nicely with the white tile, vanities, and quartz. While we used the same tile in both bathrooms for a uniform feel throughout the upstairs of the home, the homeowner chose brushed nickel finishes in the hall bathroom for something different.
Project Deliverables:
We also replaced all of the existing plumbing and electric with new material for safe, efficient, and fully functional bathrooms. The homeowners are so pleased with the results that they’re now reconsidering putting their home on the market because they love the finished bathrooms so much!
